.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will briefly build in today with lighter winds and
calmer seas, but another low pressure system will bring a return to
small craft advisory conditions to all of the waters this evening,
with gale force wind gusts Monday and Monday night. Conditions will
slowly improve during the day Tuesday. By Wednesday, calmer
conditions will return as high pressure settles over the area.
