FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.4 inches over New England has
ridging extending west across the Great Lakes. Low pressure of
29.7 inches is over western Tennessee and will meander over the
area through Tuesday then shift to the mid Atlantic Coast by early
Wednesday. A cold front will move across Lake Michigan Tuesday
night. Another 30.4 inch high will build across the Central Plains
Tuesday night with a ridge extending into the western Great
Lakes, which will shift to the Ohio Valley Thursday. Low pressure
of 29.5 inches will move from Hudson Bay Wednesday night to
northern Quebec Thursday night as a trailing cold front pushes
across Lake Michigan.

and becoming variable. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 ft.
.TUESDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 kt becoming north early in the
afternoon, then becoming 10 to 20 kt late. Waves 1 to 2 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...North winds to 30 kt. Waves 4 to 6 ft
occasionally to 8 ft building to 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...North winds 15 to 25 kt. Waves 4 to 7 ft
occasionally to 9 ft subsiding to 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 15 kt backing to west 5 to
