FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.1 inches over southwest Iowa will
track slowly to the middle Mississippi River Valley by Saturday
morning, while weakening slightly to 29.5 inches. Meanwhile, high
pressure of 30.8 inches centered over northern Ontario will
gradually move east to northern Quebec by Sunday. The low will
lift across the eastern Great Lakes on Monday, reaching southern
Quebec by Tuesday morning. A ridge of high pressure of 30.5 inches
will build into the Northern and Central Plains Saturday night
and Sunday, then spread to the Middle and Upper Mississippi Valley
on Monday.

.SATURDAY...Northeast gales to 45 kt becoming east. Occasional
storm force gusts to 50 kt possible. Rain showers. Waves 12 to 16
ft occasionally to 21 ft.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East gales to 45 kt. A few storm force gusts to
50 kt possible early. Rain showers becoming mixed with sleet
overnight. Waves 10 to 14 ft occasionally to 18 ft.
