FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.5 inches over the eastern Great
Lakes will deepen to 29.4 inches by this evening as it drifts
northeast, reaching southern Quebec by early Wednesday.
Meanwhile, stout high pressure of 30.7 inches centered over
Northern Quebec will also gradually move north. A ridge of high
pressure averaging 30.5 inches over the Plains will spread across
the Middle and Upper Mississippi Valley Tuesday. Low pressure will
develop across the central Plains Tuesday, and then track to the
southern Great Lakes Wednesday.

13 ft.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to 25 kt by
late morning. Chance of snow in the morning. Waves 5 to 8 ft
occasionally to 10 ft subsiding to 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 kt becoming north 10 to
15 kt. Waves 3 to 5 ft subsiding to 1 to 3 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 20 kt increasing to 15 to
