* WHAT...Southeast winds around 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
  seas 3 to 5 ft expected.

* WHERE...Portions of the coastal waters of Alabama and
  northwest Florida.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A wake low is developing over coastal
  Louisiana this evening. As it lifts northeast, a brief
  strengthening of southeasterly winds to around 20-30 knots is
  anticipated across the local marine zones.
