.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will build NE over the waters
tonight, then persist into Wed night, then gradually weaken Thu
through Sat. A coastal low pressure trough will strengthen as it
expands north along the southern Oregon coast Wed night through
Thu. Thereafter, the coastal trough will migrate N to along the
Oregon and Washington coast as it gradually weakens Fri through
Sat night.
