.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak cold front
drifting through the waters this morning will dissipate later
today. High pressure will build over the area behind the front,
then weaken and shift SE tonight as a warm front and trailing
cold front approaches from the west. Low pressure and an
associated cold front will move SE across the area Thu and Thu
night. High pressure will build E towards the waters Fri, then
weaken as another cold front approaches from the W Fri night. The
cold front will move E through the waters Sat and Sat night. Low
pressure will approach the area from the NW Sun and Sun night.
