West Virginia, rainfall totals ranged from 0.50 to 1.50 inches
with isolated areas of rainfall up to 2.00 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is
forecast to range from a trace to 0.50 inches.
