.Summary...
Due largely to very cold weather in late December and in January,
this was the coldest winter in several years. With abundant rainfall
in February, this was also the wettest winter in several years.

For the third year in a row, snowfall was below average, but it was still
more than was recorded last year.

.Seasonal Temperatures...
The average high, low and seasonal temperatures were the coldest since 2014-
2015.

There were 58 days with low temperatures at or below freezing, which was
the most since the winter of 2014-2015.

There were 14 days with high temperatures at or below freezing, which was
the most since winter of 2013-2014.

There were 25 days with low temperatures at or below 20 degrees, which was
the most since the winter of 2013-2014.

There were five days with lows less than ten degrees, which was the most
since the winter of 2014-2015.

The coldest temperature during the winter was zero, and this was the coldest
winter temperature at Harrison since the winter of 2013-2014.

.Seasonal Rainfall...
There were 21 days with measurable rainfall, which was the most since the
winter of 2014-2015. It was the wettest winter since 2015-2016.

.Seasonal Snowfall...
There were 11 days with snowfall. This was the most since the winter of
2014-2015. The snow was measurable on four days (December 23, January 14,
January 15, and February 4). However, the seasonal total was below
average. Nonetheless, it was still the snowiest winter since 2015-2016.
