Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
334 PM MDT Sat Apr 21 2018

.Discussion...

Isolated to scattered light rain and snow showers will continue
over the forecast area through the evening. Sunday and Monday
will see isolated afternoon and evening showers or thunderstorms,
primarily over the mountains.

Monday night through Tuesday evening, a disturbance and cold
front will bring another chance of showers to the area, falling
as snow down to about 6,000 feet by late Monday night and Tuesday.

The forecast for the middle and latter part of next week is pretty
uncertain right now, though it looks like there should be showers
and thunderstorms around, primarily over the mountains, during
the afternoon and evening hours.

Critical fire weather conditions are not currently expected over
the next 7 days.

Afternoon ventilation rates will range from poor to good across
the district on Sunday. On Monday, rates are expected to be good
or better everywhere.

--- thunderstorms imply strong gusty and erratic winds ---
