.DISCUSSION...

Warm and dry conditions are forecast again today, with highs in
the upper 70s knocking RH values down to 35% by this afternoon.
20 ft winds will remain light out of the east to northeast during
the day around 5 mph. These light winds may limit dispersion somewhat,
especially this morning when mixing heights will be 1.9 kft at
ignition (though they will increase to 5.5 kft by the afternoon). A
warm front will bring cloud cover and some low (20%) chances for
rain late this afternoon into the evening hours.
