This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

A few isolated plumes of blowing dust will be possible from around
sunset, impacting portions of Cheyenne and Kit Carson counties in
Colorado, Sherman, Thomas, Wallace, Logan, Greeley, and Wichita
counties. Visibility reductions are expected to be greatest closest
to the dust source region. Some of this dust may be lofted and not at
the surface.

A Red Flag Warning continues through 8 PM MDT today for Cheyenne and
Kit Carson counties in Colorado, as well as Sherman, Wallace, Logan,
Greeley, and Wichita counties.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

A Red Flag Warning has been issued for Tuesday for Kit Carson and
Cheyenne counties in Colorado, and Wallace, Logan, Greeley and
Wichita counties in Colorado.

Near critical fire weather conditions are forecast south of
Interstate 70 Wednesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is requested through Monday afternoon. If you
had severe weather in your area or have experienced blowing dust,
please send your reports to the National Weather Service. If you see
any fires, please let local law enforcement or your local 911
dispatch center know.
