West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure over SE Virginia
early this morning will lift N along the mid-Atlantic coast
today, then pass N of the waters tonight into Sat. The low will
lift a warm front N over the central and northern waters today,
and then pull a slow-moving cold front E over the area this
afternoon into Sat. The front will weaken over the far eastern
waters by Sat night, followed by another front passing E and SE
over the area late Sat night into Sun. A series of weak cold
fronts or low pressure troughs will pass E and SE over the
northern and central waters Sun night into Tue night. High
pressure will build over the eastern states Sun night, and then
build SE over the southern waters Mon through Tue night.
