REPORTED. ON OCTOBER 11...THE COMBINATION OF HIGH STORM TIDE AND
WAVE ACTION IN CHARLESTON HARBOR LED TO WAVES OVERTOPPING THE SEA
WALL ALONG CHARLESTON BATTERY AT THE SOUTHERN TIP OF CHARLESTON
PENINSULA. BROADCAST MEDIA VIDEO ALSO SHOWED MURRAY BLVD NEAR THE
SEA WALL FLOODED. ALSO ON OCTOBER 11...VIDEO ON SOCIAL MEDIA
INDICATED THAT HIGH TIDES AND WAVE ACTION RESULTED IN DAMAGE TO THE
GANGWAY AND DOCK TO THE CHARLESTON HARBOR RESORT AND MARINA.
