* WHAT...Westerly winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Upper Tularosa Valley and Union County.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust will reduce visibility.
  Areas downwind (east and northeast) of construction sites and
  recently plowed fields will be especially susceptible to blowing
  dust and very low visibility.
