* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 4 and 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Castle Rock.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
  blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
