At 1 PM at the burn site, the temperature should be around 43 degrees with a RH
around 40 percent and westerly winds around 10 mph. RH should decrease a bit more
as we head into mid afternoon, bottoming out around 30 to 35 percent. Winds should
remain out of the west around 10 mph.
