.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
continue to produce steep wind waves across all zones, with gales
over the outer waters. Gale force gusts are also probable in the lee
of Cape Mendocino and around Pt St George. Winds and seas will
diminish late Wednesday night into Thursday. Wave heights expected to
fall to 5-6 feet by Friday beneath light northerlies.
