.DISCUSSION...
As the upper low moves Northeast the stratus cloud deck in South
Dakota is expected to fill into the Fergus Falls area by the
afternoon. If the clouds don`t fill in as fast and deeper mixing
will occur causing wind gust up to 25 to 30 mph. By the evening
the winds are expected to start to switch to the Southwest and
start to calm down to around 10mph or less.
