.DISCUSSION...
A stalled frontal boundary south of Michigan will continue to
produce considerable clouds and periodic showers through Tuesday.
However a ridge of high pressure will bring a period of clearing
this afternoon through Monday morning north of Interstate 96.
Minimum RH values on Monday may fall into the 20s over central
and northern Lower Michigan before the clouds and showers return
by late in the day.
