THURSDAY...
...GALE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25
  knots with gusts up to 35 knots and waves 4 to 7 feet
  expected. For the Gale Watch, northwest winds 25 to 35 knots
  with gusts up to 45 knots and waves 6 to 11 feet possible.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM to 11 PM EDT
  Thursday. For the Gale Watch, from Thursday evening through
  Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and waves.
