...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY...

At 830 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
a strong thunderstorm 5 miles northwest of St. Joseph, moving east
at 45 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph with downed tree limbs will be possible
with this storm. Due to the heavy rain that occurred early this
morning, heavy downpours from this next storm could cause flooding
of roadways.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Cloud to ground lightning strikes will be dangerous to those caught
outdoors. Heavy downpours are occurring with this storm, and may
lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
flooded roadways.
