.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM including
Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Light onshore flow and low seas will continue through Thursday
morning. Winds and seas will be on an upward climb late Thursday
and into the weekend as a long fetch of moderate to strong
southeast winds set up across the Gulf. Small Craft Advisories are
likely Friday into Saturday night.
