JACKSON...NORTHEASTERN ROCKCASTLE AND WESTERN LEE COUNTIES THROUGH
200 PM EDT...

At 122 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 8 miles west of McKee, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Irvine, Beattyville, McKee, Booneville, Ravenna, Donaro, Travellers
Rest, Bummer, White Ash, Robinet, Kimbrell, Shop Branch, Privett,
Horse Lick, Earnestville, Wiseman Crossing Station, Climax, Winston,
Disputanta, and Shirley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Brief heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may
lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
flooded roadways.
