...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN SHELBY...
SOUTHEASTERN HENRY AND NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 145 AM
EDT...

At 100 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
New Castle, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
New Castle, Eminence, Pleasureville, Smithfield, Gratz, Mulberry,
North Pleasureville, Drennon Springs, Delville, and Bethlehem.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM EDT for
central Kentucky.
