For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...An expansive 30.1 inch high centered over
Manitoba/southwestern Hudson Bay today will strengthen as it
builds southeast across the Great Lakes region through Tuesday. A
large storm system will move from the central and northern Plains
to the western Great Lakes Tuesday night and Wednesday. The
weakening storm system will pass just to the north of the Lake
Wednesday night and Thursday.

.TODAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.TONIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest. Waves
1 foot or less.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east and
increasing to 15 to 25 knots overnight. Waves 2 feet or less
building to 3 to 5 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...East winds to 30 knots diminishing to 15 to
20 knots. Showers. Waves 5 to 9 feet subsiding to 3 to 6 feet.
Waves occasionally around 11 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest
10 to 15 knots. Showers during the day, then a chance of showers
Thursday night. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west. A chance
of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
