At 326 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Palmyra, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported golf ball sized hail in Palmyra at
         3:25 PM.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
