.DISCUSSION...Light and variable winds early this morning at the burn
site will become east to southeast by late morning and increase near
10 mph and persist through the afternoon. Generally Good dispersion
is forecast. Winds will become light south to southwest after midnight
as high pressure ridge axis slips south of the burn site. Light
southwest wind Friday morning will turn southeast behind the sea breeze
early Friday afternoon.
