.DISCUSSION...
Current RH values are dry (25-30%) and drop close to 20% by late
afternoon due to daytime heating. Temperatures will generally stay
around freezing today, if not slightly above during the afternoon.
Winds right now are very light (less than 5 mph), and will stay
that way before increasing slightly into the evening. Winds will
vary between a southeasterly and southerly direction throughout
the day. A snow flurry or two could fall this morning and
afternoon, but any major precip won`t move through until after
10pm tonight.
