.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending NE from near Cape Lookout
will move slightly S tonight and then will stall near Cape Fear
early Sun. A series of developing low pressure centers will move
NE along the front Sun into Tue while pulling the cold front S
and SE of the area. High pressure will build SE to the coast Tue
night, and will move SE across the waters Wed and Wed night.
Another cold front will move SE across the area Thu before
stalling over the region Thu night.
