.SYNOPSIS...A weakening area of low pressure over the central
waters will move slowly SE today and dissipate as it moves
towards the coast tonight. High pressure will build E towards the
waters Mon through through Thu, then move into the N and central
waters Thu night. A low pressure trough will develop along the N
and central coast today and tonight, persist through Wed, then
will start weakening Wed night through Thu night.
