.Synopsis...Low pressure developing several hundred nautical
miles northwest of the area will linger into the weekend, then
lift northeastward late Saturday through early next week. Surface
ridge will build eastward in its wake Monday through Tuesday.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-

.REST OF TONIGHT...East southeast winds 15 to 25 knots, strongest
Maui County and Big Island waters. Wind waves 3 to 7 feet.
Northwest swell 3 feet. Isolated to scattered showers becoming
numerous west of Kauai late.
.THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...East southeast winds 20 to 30 knots,
decreasing to 15 to 25 knots Friday. Wind waves 6 to 8 feet.
Northwest swell 2 to 3 feet. Numerous showers with isolated
thunderstorms Kauai and Oahu waters. Scattered showers elsewhere.
.FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT...South winds 5 to 15 knots
increasing to 10 to 20 knots Saturday night Kauai and Oahu
waters. Elsewhere, east to southeast winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind
waves 5 to 7 feet subsiding to 3 to 5 feet Saturday night.
Northwest swell 2 to 3 feet. Numerous showers with isolated
thunderstorms Kauai waters. Scattered showers elsewhere.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots Kauai and Oahu waters.
Elsewhere, southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Wind waves 3 to 5
feet. Northwest swell 3 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5 feet Sunday
night. Scattered to numerous showers.
.MONDAY...North winds 5 to 15 knots west of Maui County, variable
5 to 15 knots elsewhere. Wind waves 2 to 4 feet. Northwest swell
7 to 10 feet. Scattered to numerous showers.
