.DISCUSSION...

Mostly sunny skies are expected this morning with some increase in
clouds by afternoon. Temperatures will warm into the low to mid
50s with lowest relative humidity values of 30 to 35 percent
developing in 4 pm to 5 pm timeframe. West-northwest winds of 5
to 10 mph at 8 AM will strengthen through the remainder of the
morning into afternoon with peak sustained speeds of 15 to 20 mph
occurring in the 2 pm to 5 pm timeframe. Peak gusts of 25 to 30
mph are expected at that time. Winds will diminish to 10 to 15 mph
by 7 pm, and less than 10 mph by 10 pm.

Strongest Possible Wind Speeds on Day of Burn: sustained: 20 mph,
gust: 30 mph

Lowest Possible Relative Humidity on Day of Burn: 30 percent
