.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
A weak front moves through the waters tonight into Friday
morning, followed by a low pressure system in the NE Pacific
moving southeast towards California Friday into the weekend,
bringing elevated winds across the waters. A trough then pushes
south over the region through early next week.
