  8 ft.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR from 10
  to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY UNTIL 9 AM TODAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected during the very strong ebb
  around 645 am today. Seas near 7 ft during the ebb this am.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Weak ebb will occur around 730 pm today,
  with another very strong ebb 730 am Saturday. Seas around 7 ft
  with the ebb early Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
