...NWS partial observation outage at KRDU...

As a result of a communications disruption at the site, some
elements of the observation reports from KRDU, Raleigh-Durham,
NC, are currently degraded. As a result, some observational
information, including precipitation amounts and some temperature
data, are being estimated. Technicians have been notified and are
working to resolve the issue. We deeply regret any inconvenience
this may cause.
