Drier and warmer conditions. Surface high pressure building
over the Great Basin will bring easterly winds at night
shifting to the northwest during the day on Wednesday. High
pressure over the interior will be weakening on Thursday. As a
result winds are expected to be shifting during the day. A
light southeast to east wind will start the day before shifting
to the north by late morning. By mid to late afternoon winds
will shift again to the west to northwest direction.
