.SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS...
A gale force front over the eastern Gulf of Alaska will slowly
move across the panhandle Monday. A set of shortwaves will
follow, increasing winds Monday night into Tuesday. The next
significant weather system will move to the eastern half of the
Gulf Tuesday evening.
