Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate winds and low to moderate seas are
expected along the Lower Texas Coast with high pressure generally
in control. However, a weak cold front is forecast to pass
through the Lower Texas coastal waters tonight. Small Craft
Advisories are not anticipated to be needed through the next few
days.

to a light chop on the bay in the afternoon.
