.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate to strong southeast winds will prevail today into this
evening. A cold front is expected to cross the waters Sunday
morning with showers and storms. Moderate to strong offshore  winds
develop in the wake of this front will diminish to generally
moderate winds through Monday.
