The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Russell County in south central Kentucky...

* Until 615 PM CDT

* At 321 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Around 2 inches of rain has
  fallen near Jamestown. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Jamestown, Russell Springs, Ono, Whittle, Rose Crossroads, Esto,
  Sewellton, Karlus and Russell County Airport.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the
warned area as slow-moving thunderstorms continue over the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
