Illinois River near Havana affecting Fulton, Mason and Cass
Counties.

moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River at Peoria.
* WHEN...Until Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Some flooding begins to bottomland not
protected by levees.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Thursday afternoon and continue falling to 16.1 feet

- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
