.DISCUSSION...

An upper level storm system will move from the southern Plains to
the Tennessee Valley over the next 24 to 36 hours. Increasing rain
chances can be expected today through Monday and even into Tuesday
before the system departs. In addition to the rain, windy
conditions will develop over the area beginning tonight and
lasting through Monday, especially across the higher elevations
and adjacent foothills.
