.DISCUSSION...Showers developing to the west of the area early this
morning will move east through late morning. A couple thunderstorms
are possible with this activity through noon. South winds will shift
abruptly to the southwest by mid afternoon as a front moves through
the area. Much drier air will move in behind this front. Winds will
shift back to the east this evening as a second boundary moves down
the eastern plains. Overnight recoveries will be excellent behind
this second boundary. A couple more showers are possible Saturday
with cooler temperatures and higher humidity.

Sky/weather.........Numerous showers and thunderstorms.
Chance of Pcpn......50 percent increasing to 70 percent in the
                    afternoon.

                    around 30 mph shifting to the southeast 20 to 30
                    mph this afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms.
