.DISCUSSION...Today marks a pattern change as a Pacific Northwest
trough moves onshore and the remainder of the week and weekend
looks to have active weather. There is a 10 percent chance of rain
showers over the burn area beginning this afternoon, increasing
to around 20 to 30 percent late this afternoon into the evening.
Precipitation chances remain light early Thursday but increase
more to around 50 percent chance in the afternoon. Winds will be
overall light but there is a chance of gusts of around 15 mph this
afternoon as well as tomorrow afternoon.
