...Frost likely tonight and into the weekend...

Temperatures are expected to fall into the lower and mid 30s
tonight and again over the weekend. If you have planted or
planning to plant tender vegetation sensitive to frost and
freezing temperatures, take protective action the next few
nights. Temperatures will be much warmer starting early next
week.

The spring frost and freeze program including issuing frost and
freeze products has not begun yet for Northern Indiana, northwest
Ohio and far southern Lower Michigan due to record and near record
cold start to spring. The frost and freeze program is expected to
begin in the next couple of weeks, possibly as early as May 1st.
