  Waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Fernandina Beach FL from 20 to 60
  NM...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 619 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 15 nm northeast of
  Amelia City, or 27 nm south of St. Simons Island, moving northeast
  at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Buoy Hlha, Saint Andrews Sound, Buoy Kby, Buoy F, Saint Marys
