The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Biscayne Bay...
  Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM...

* Until 1215 PM EDT.

* At 1201 PM EDT, a shower capable of producing waterspouts was
  located over Soldier Key, moving west at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Soldier Key, Black Point, Biscayne Bay, Triumph Reef, Elliott Key
  and Coral Gables.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Seek safe harbor immediately.

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or the National Weather
