This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, piedmont
North Carolina, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to move
across the area through tonight. Slow-moving and training storms may
produce torrential downpours over a short period of time, resulting
in localized flash flooding. In addition to the heavy rain potential,
cloud-to-ground lightning and brief gusty winds will be possible
within any stronger storms. Gusty winds could blow down a few trees
due to saturated soils.
