...Patchy Dense Fog Across the Western Piedmont of North
Carolina...

Soils are saturated across the western Piedmont of North Carolina
after showers and thunderstorms Monday afternoon. As temperatures
have fallen overnight, patchy dense fog has formed. Motorists
should be prepared to slow down, leave additional space between
vehicles, and use low-beam lights if fog is encountered.
Visibilities should improve by 9 AM.
